In St James, you can buy a house like this one above on the golf course for around $500,000 or like the one below on a nice lake for around $400,000. Taxes between $2,000 and $2,500 per year. Sell your house up north for $800,000 and put the balance in your savings to help you enjoy life in St James. You can mimic the actions of Mary and I and buy a house on the marina and go fishing. The weather down here is amazing. We do not get hardly a trace of snow, sell all of your snow shovels and big coats behind and stock up on beach chairs, towels, and a good umbrella! There are many year-round activities in the area. Recently a flotilla just happened less than 30 minutes away. Christmas parades are almost weekly because each town has their own. Little markets pop up here and there and the locals sell their goods. Buying a home in St.James is one of the best investments, we have ever made!
Just got back from a fishing trip to Cabo San Lucas and it was super We managed to catch fourteen of these striped marlin. All of them were released unharmed. Cabo is a beautiful place and a great place to fish. What a week?
Our marina is a favorite stop over place for boaters heading south for the winter. Every night there are several of these yachts that pull in to fuel, eat at Tommy’s and spend the night.
Our neighborhood had a Halloween party in the oval in front of our houses. Great costumes, good food and lots of fun. Mary and I went as Waldo and his lady friend. We even had the pope here to bless the masses.
As a “Buyers Agent” I represent you and only you as a possible buyer of property here. I do not represent the seller or the developer. All the commissions are paid by the sellers, so that my efforts cost you nothing. I do not take listings so that I am not tempted to steer you to any particular property. I promise to help you find the best possible property for your needs. In simple terms, I am on your side.
From Humming birds to American Eagles, and yes we have a club for that. St James Birdwatchers Club. An active group with some competition as to who can confirm the most sightings. The bluebirds on my porch and the Great Blue Heron on my roof. All are my photographs.
